Mentoring the next generation of researchers is central to how I understand my role as a senior academic. Since 2010, I have built a teaching portfolio at the University of Innsbruck spanning environmental economics, public economics, and microeconomics, and I have supervised 7 PhD students,  mentored 4 Post-doctoral researchers, and I regularly contribute to doctoral assessment and examination internationally

My role as an external PhD committee member at universities in Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands, alongside my supervision at Innsbruck, reflects an internationally recognized training record beyond my home institution.
